My favourite wine? Uuhh hard to answer, bit I think for now, I’d say my favorite is Saperavi by Tamuna Bidzinashvili.
What I love most is its bold character, but at the same time, it’s so smooth and gentle — velvety, with notes of blackberry, plum, and a hint of smoke. And look at the color! So deep, not even red, it’s black. It’s the kind of drink I’d want to sip while listening to jazz… or even writing a poem. It just inspires me.
